Ru Knox is a highly sought after British abstract artist whose work has featured in renowned places such as the Mall Galleries in London, the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam, Guerin Projects in New York and the Contemporary Art Museum 'Blurred' in Lucca, Italy, alongside the famous sculptor Aron Demetz. Through experimenting hypnagogic and hypnopompic states, Ru captures the fraught and fickle nature of the human dream in a way that is positively Freudian; shapes melt into one another, the mind drifts in and out of consciousness, what was once obscured, distant and cloudy suddenly becomes vivid and crystal clear.
